You=20question=20is=20not=20foolish,=20but=20obviously=20we=20all=20have=20=
areas=20where
we=20lack=20knowledge.

=20=20IDN=20=3D=20International=20Deomain=20Name

This=20is=20a=20new=20coding=20scheme=20to=20allow=20for=20domain=20names=20=
with=20other
than=20ascii=20characters.

Example:=20My=20last=20name=20is=20B=E4rtschi,=20but=20my=20domain=20is=20=
baertschi.us
because=20the=20curent=20domain=20name=20system=20does=20not=20allow=20for=
=20the
character=20'=E4'.=20The=20new=20IDN=20allows=20for=20such=20characters=20=
by=20encoding
the=20concerned=20domains=20into=20ASCII=20strings.=20My=20last=20name=20'=
b=E4rtschi'
would=20show=20as=20'xn--brtschi-5wa'=20on=20any=20non-punycode=20aware=20=
system.
