Well, maybe things have changed since I last tried.  It got so bad at
one point that I was even getting junk from Yahoo itself!  At least at
that point, there was no 'opt-out' so I went on a rampage and removed
any and all references, bookmarks, cookies, etc., to Yahoo and
associated sites.  The spam dropped dramatically.  I guess it could
also be the fault of the moderator, if there was one.  I also did not
have Mozilla to block pop-ups either.

But, as I say, this was a while ago.  So, maybe things have changed.  I
guess I'll have to rethink the idea.
