[pmmail-list] clean install PM/M2

FWIW.

due to a MB failure I finally installed PMMail/2 v2.20.2382 clean on the T23. I note some 
things appear to function differently than before. This is also ecs 1.13 w/fp4 and every 
update.

1. new email appears in the folder while you are in it, when I used it on my desktop, 
there would be new mail but you wouldn't see an updated directory while you were in 
the folder. Now the new email appears. 

2. much more serious issue, there are headers but no content. reindexing isn't showing 
the messages with the bad content, it makes them vanish, but reopening the folder later 
makes those vanished ones come back....very odd. 

3. Bogo filter.  On my desktop which was only a K6-III 400 w/128mb vs the laptop which 
is 1.4mhz w/512mb this filter was slow even with a dedicated drive with plenty of free 
space. It seems much more snappy on this machine, and works wonderfully. Also the 
"Train as Spam" filter moves the offending email to the trash which didn't work on the 
old setup or if it did was dependent on the new default directory structure that PMMail 
has rather than the older southsoft default structure (which may have been covered in 
the pmbogofilter's readme. 

Just my observations. 

Oh, and Os2web opens on its own when selecting a url  in this system where moz had 
to be open or turbo started.
