[pmmail-list] SASL-travelling salesman problem

I too have bumped into this suggesting AT&T dialup to non highspeed clients
that connect (or try to) back to AT&T from a non AT&T connection.

AT&T from non AT&T networks only allow SSH type connections for email. Secure
bla bla bla stuff that PMMail could really use, but unless I'm blind we don't
have that option.
