[pmmail-list] somebody please help me with my 0spam account

Sounds like you need to change your POP file settings in Norton to the
new 0spam address.  That way Norton will gather your email through
0spam before running it through its virus filters and passing it on to
you.  Also, 0spam is for receiving mail only.  You should not be
changing any of your settings for sending mail (SMTP) so your outgoing
emails should not be effected by 0spam.
