Someone posted a trick to that: make a canned reply called "forward":

========Begin Forwarded Message========

To: $h.To$
From: $h.From$
Date: $h.Date$
Subject: $h.Subject$

$b$	

========End Forwarded Message========

Then, click on the forward button as usual; when the message comes up
delete everything in the body, right-click, and select "forward" from
the list of canned replies.  Voila!
