[pmmail-list] PMM 2717 on Win98 and ADVAPI32.DLL missing

   I found the DLL at a DLL download site, and I just hope that I do not 
need any more DLLs required by ADVAPI32.DLL ... 

   My question still remains open: how would this DLL (and its 
dependants) could come into a Win98 system? A news MS Internet Explorer 
(instead of the 5.0 one)?
