[pmmail-list] windows-1251

What do I need to do to make emails with charset=Windows-1251 readable?  
I have no problems e.g. viewing web-pages in Windows-1251 in Netscape, but 
PMMAIL just shows (unreadable) gobbledegook when emails are in Windows-1251.

Do I need to install something in Windows?  (This is on W2K).
