[pmmail-list] Crash on send (addendum)

At one client I had out of no where come a crash on fetch. Send a simple test
message looping back to that address, fetch the message, crash. This was in
bumping them to the current build, so I had to back level them to the version
they had been on.

I run on "managed computers" so they are at a consistant fix pack / dll level
to everyone else... so it is really odd.

Thus, back level the EXE and see what happens.
