well there is an ini file in each folder. you could try deleting the
one in the sent folder and restart pmmail to see if it fixes it. or
copy one from a good account. Of course back up the original on incase
it hoses it over :) if you don't have too many message folders in that
account you could just create a fresh account and copy all the settings
and messages except the sent folder.
