I have been using TB for a while, and thought things are working ok. 
However, it has a major flaw in generating reply headers. TB reads the 
LOCAL (received) date/time into the replies, which makes absolutely no 
sense. It is supposed to read the date/time/TZ from the message being 
replied to!

TB "support" lists don't even understand what the problem is.

Sylpheed would do it as nicely as PMMail, but doesn't support HTML. so 
I am back to square one.
