  I'm not 100% sure what your question is, but I guess you want to send 
a large mailing to a number of addresses, where the recipients should 
not be bothered with the addresses of all other recipients. 

  The solution would be to give this a dummy TO: address, which is 
either the address of the mailing list itself, and which ends in your 
own mailbox, or something with "undisclosed recipients".
