Microsoft calls NetBIOS over TCP/IP TCPBEUI.

I have no experience with Win2003, but I would expect NetBIOS over TCP/IP
to still talk to TCPBEUI. If not, the Samba port should work with it.
But if not using OS/2 is a foregone conclusion, then there's no point in
continuing the thread. ;)
