Yes, try <http://www.dbsoft.org/dmail.php> for Brian Smith's 
DynamicMail, a clone of PMMail.

Note that there is also a program called "Dynamic Mail Communicator" 
from Dynamic Software, which sends out e-mail in bulk for marketing 
purposes.
