[pmmail-list] Problem with PMMail 2000 not collecting mail

Hello pmmail-list,

  A relative using PMMAil 2000 has had a weird problem twice in then
  past couple of months.  PMMail connects to fetch mail but does NOT
  collect it although it closes OK and shows the "last fetch".  THe
  only solution has been to create a new account using the same
  details and set-up which DOES collect properly.

  Has something become corrupted somewhere and if so where and what is
  a solution?
