[pmmail-list] Blank messsage field

Hello pmmail-list,

  A friend using PMMAil for Windows has a recent problem with the
  message field being blank when messages are opened.  This happened
  once before and was cured by removing a piece of software that
  hogged memory.

  This time, not only is the message field showing up blank, but he
  cannot forward mail either.   A text editor can read the message OK.

  Any suggestions as to a solution - reindexing didn't help, neither
  did reinstalling over the top.
