  Not really. That is the list for the OS/2-only successor of PMMail 
which is developed by VOICE and which is available only to VOICE members 
(I tried in vain to become a member).

  Will certainly a number of improvements over PMMail 2.x

  For any queries about the existing versions of PMMail, both Windows 
and OS/2, this list is the right place.
