[pmmail-list] Receiving Mail from GMail ?

I have downloaded and installed the Windows binaries for Stunnel v4.31 
and OpenSSL v.9.8i.   I'm at a loss about what to put into the stunnel 
configuration file to make PMMail connect thru SSL to GMail.

Anyone with stunnel experience that can help?  I've read the FAQ at 
Stunnel.org and am lost by the language and lack of a simple 'how-to" 
description.  I clearly don't know enough about the issues involved to 
set up this file.
