Starting PMMail 98 from browsers ?

I have tested with PMMail98 closed - it doesn't work either. NsProto
template or pure command line.
Syntax used: <path>\pmmailw.exe /s secar1.act mailto:test@to.nowhere ->
new message opened for secar0.act account (my default one).
Perhaps should neither account be set as the default one ? Probably, I
have not tested this.
