Sending mail with unwrapped lines would be used if the recipient's
e-mail client will wrap the text inside a window. This can be the best
way for many e-mails. However, users with text-mode e-mail clients
will have problems with this.

Sending mail with wrapped lines is usually the best way for most
people. However, if the wrapping is just a bit too long for the
recipient's window then the recipient will end up with alternating
lines of long text followed by very short text lines.

Hope this helps.
