    This is no different than WYSIWYG, really.  They put it at the edge of the
window, but what *is* the edge of the window.  If you set the edge of the
window to 78 characters in WYSIWYG, then it is 78 for reflow.  Set it to
reflow and it looks the same.  Except, as I said, WYSIWYG is affected by the
scrollbars.

    No, not the horizontal scrollbars, the vertical.  If you write a long
enough message (about 14 lines for me) then PMMail adds a vertical scrollbar
reducing the width of the screen by 1-2 characters.  With reflow this does not
affect the reflow.  With WYSIWYG it does.
