Netscape Does Not Open

I used to be able to click on a highlighted URL with the right mouse
button, and use "Explore URL" to open Netscape and start loading
the page. All of a sudden, yesterday this stopped working. It does
not work even if Netscape is already open. Does anyone have an
idea of what might have happened and how I can fix it. I have
Netscape set as the default browser both in my OS/2 setup and
in PMMAIL/2.
