I have a similar problem when sending attachments from my work account
(Outlook) to my home account (PMMail/2 on Warp 4).

What I usually to is pull up the Seek and Scan utility in Warp 4, give
it the file mask of *.msg, and look for the file name that is embedded
in the MSG file. Then I pull up the MSG file in the OS/2 System Editor,
change the filename, (or in the case of Outlook's screwup remove the
double file name) and save the MSG file back to the folder I found it
in. The key here is too look for the line in the MSG file the says
"filename=xxxxx ".

Seems to work so far. The only "problem" I've had is if it's a large
attachment, it may take a while for the System editor to pull up the
file and when you go to save it, it may take several seconds to do so.

I'm sure there is probably a fast, better method, but since my solution
works for me, I'm not in any hurry to "fix" it. ;-)
