    It is relevant when the specific question was "how many times have you
rebooted this week" following a note that a sample machine was up 26 days
straight.  It is also relevent when you understand that there is a resource
leak.  If a person uses the OS hard enough he will encouter problems.  If a
machine isn't rebooted frequently even a person who doesn't use the system
hard will encounter problems.  Just because you have "planned" reboors in
there does not make the problem go away, it just hides it.
