But why should WinOS2 even be involved?  PMMail/2 is OS/2 native.  E.EXE
is OS/2 native.  And the application is properly listed in the MIME setup
page.

I went to the command line, E does not have any problem with the file.
The only problem is gettin gPMMail/2 to give it to E!
