I have no mime types set for text, just mailed myself three text files
Config.sys, startup.cmd and test.txt. All three opened in the pillarsoft
enhanced editor (my default wps association for text type files).
Interestingly enough one mime type was text/plain but the other two
were application/octet-stream.

Unless you want PMMail to use a different association, just delete the
ones you want passed through to the WPS (such as text, gif, jpg ...).
