Is PGP Working Correctly?

I have sent myself an encrypted message from Outlook 2000. I receive the
message in PMMail 2000 and it doesn't get decrypted. I have closed and
opened PMMail so it would prompt me for my pgp passphrase, but it doesn't. I
can send an encrypted message from PMMail to Outlook and it will get
decrypted over there, (it does prompt for passphrase).

Sending from PMMail to PMMail works as expected. Can anyone else verify that
pgp works when a message is received from a mail client other than
PMMail2000? Is anyone else experiencing this with Outlook?

I'm suspecting Outlooks PGP Interface is where the problem is , but would
just like to verify.

Thanks,
Steven Hollar
