    In your opinion.  I can say that *I* don't find it reasonable in the
slightest after my nothing-but-positive experience with Linux.  I can be
pretty sure that it wouldn't fly with all of the free clients out there that
are already providing timely updates/fixes.  In fact, I can't think of any
software in this day and age that has such a draconian practice outside of
Microsoft's eternal upgrade cycle.  A cycle, I am quick to point out, that is
causing a lot of anger in the user community.
