Actually, no. PMMail/2 does not need to generate its own Message-Ids
to thread outgoing messages. It already adds an "In-Reply-To:" header
line which lists the Message-Id of the message it is replying to.
This is all that is needed for threading of outgoing messages. In
fact, the Message-Id line isn't really any good for threading
outgoing messages, since it is unique to each new message.
