Archives update

    Thanks to the gracious offer from a list member (speak up if ya want to be
known!) I know have a nearly complete set of archives from 06/1999 to present.
Basically pretty much everything from the list since it moved to my server.
I'm sure there are one or two messages missing here or there but I'm not going
to cry over maybe a few dozen messages when ~3000 were added to the archives.
They should be going on-line on the archive site here shortly.  A few months
are causing problems with my HTML indexer, but the rest came over fine.
