PMMail/2 and .vcf attachments

No, there were no error dialogs from PMMail/2, but there were from
PMMail 2000 Pro, it said 'Bad packet' in a PGP SDK error dialog.

However, some more testing has revealed that PMMail/2 does include a
(non-selectable :-( ) public key if one is present on the key ring. The
lack of error dialog is worrying though, I think that is why I thought
it did not work originally.

Needs polish I think ;-)
