PGP problems

I don't think it's because it's hard to understand.

I think it's still hard to use.

Even in PMMail, it doesn't default to encrypting a reply to an encrypted
message, or have any kind of options to automaticly use encryption for
particular destination email addresses.

So it becomes a "click the button for special messages" thing, instead of a
seemless part of all email.

The plugins for eudora and outlook are worse, very clumsy, not at ALL
seemless.

I can help friends set it up the first time, but if it's a pain to use, they
won't use it.
