Well, it is time for me to reiterate the one rule on /this/ list.

    Don't moderate.

There are no moderators here, ok? None. This list is hosted by me, run
by me and administrated by me. I have made the choice that there will be no
moderation of the list. That includes meta-moderations by the non-moderation
people. The PMMail list, for the years I've been on it, has always been a
forum where discussions both of and not of PMMail were welcomed because we do
not know where particular discussions will lead and while they may lead out of
PMMail they may also lead back into PMMail.

Threads eventually die out. There hasn't been a single thread in the
history of this list during its time on my server that has gone on for more
than 2-3 weeks. I cannot recall of any in the 3+ year history of the list
that a thread has not died of its own accord but if you want confirmation,
I'm more than happy to look into the archives forwarded to me by people of
this list to see if there is one there.

So, again, don't try to moderate, don't presume to moderate, don't even
think about it. Until such a time as I decide there will be a moderator (who
will most likely not be me) and set the flag on that person to moderate in the
list server there will be none, including me. If a thread upsets you, you are
more than capable of using the delete button or designing a filter to delete
it as it comes in. If you are incapable of finding either the delete button
or designing said filter, ask on this list because, oddly enough, there are
people on here that know how to do just that and will help you.
