Dear Friends,

Just to clarify: the subject arose in connection with eradication
of spam.  No large database or dossier is necessary for this, just
the same true identity one would have to proffer to vote or to obtain
a bank loan.  It is the only way to prevent fraud because it is the
only method permitting traceability and accountability.  Spam exists
now because these two elements of civilized society are lacking in
the internet world.
