If you're just moving to an new ISP, then all you need to do is change
the settings for the existing account to reflect the new ISP's address,
etc. If you want to keep two accounts open for a while, however, then
you will need to create a new account and then manually create the
folders and change the settings, etc. to emulate your current account.
Messages can be easily copied or moved to the new account using
drag-and-drop.

What you're probably looking for, however, is a feature that has been
long requested but is still not present, i.e. basically to be able to
create a clone of an existing account with all the settings and folder
intact. Perhaps Jimmy or Trevor (BSW Tech Support) can tell us if such
a feature is on the drawing board.
