Copying settings from one account to another

I've done it ... but don't remember the exact steps I took. Actually,
I've done it 3 or 4 times. 

It always involved a hunt-n-search mission to see what was different
between the newly created account, and the existing one.

But it does work. I copied all of my folders and filters to the new
account, and it al works, so, yes, it;s possible to do it.
