You mean spamcop.net.   The .com is a commercial domain registrar.  I
use spamcop.net, and it's great!  I have my e-mail pass through their
server first before hitting my regular account, and the spam I receive
has been reduced by over 95%.  The cost is quite reasonable, too. 
There is a free version of their service, but that requires you to 
paste in the entire (headers included) message and they then analyze it
and present you with a detailed analysis.
