btw: PMMail is obviously looking for the a line starting with
"Mime-Version:" - which results in the following behaviour:

The Umlauts in a message containing the following lines

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Mime-Version: 0.0
              ^!
is displayed correctly in PMMail/2, while a message with correct
Content-Type and -Transfer-Encoding but without the line
Mime-Version is not (same result as completely without
Content-headerlines).

Since the line "Mime-Version" seems to be redundant (-> RFC 2049,
Appendix B, (13)) perhaps it shouldn't be checked at all.
