I believe you're supposed to be able to install them both in the
same dir and it shares the TOOLs dir which contains email
addesses and dictionary etc.  (ISTR that specifying the directory 
is a bit confusing, because you have to specify the directory
"above" or something).

If you try this make sure YOU BACKUP YOUR PMMAIL DIR TREE FIRST!!!!

I think you will still find intsructions on the old southside
