This was never done because the appropriate HTML rendering facilities
don't exist in OS/2 in the same way that they do for Win9x. I think
Southsoft decided that the coding required was not worth the effort,
it's a major exercise to mimic a browser display and it's a lot easier
to use one that is already there.
