[pmmail-list] Launching PMMail from Opera

What's the correct command line to configure in Opera (Windows, 5.12,
http://www.opera.com/) to launch PMMail2kPro when a mailto: is clicked?
Currently I'm using "pmmailw.exe /srd mailto:%1", but this launches
another instance of PMM2k, obviously the Wrong Thing.
