[pmmail-list] Clean Up Message Forwarding

Two problems with this approach:

1) The message is then 'quoted' and has the extra characters in the
front. Many times, this then causes the message to be trashed with a
lot of short lines because of unexpected word wrapping.

2) I could do the selective deletes you suggest with a normal FORWARD.
The real problem is that it is time consuming to have to select the
lines to keep and the lines to delete. They are rarely together.

And, FWIW, the Canned Reply works quite well. It is a one-time setup
and allows for variations if there are times when, for example, you
want to include a REPLY-TO.
