Thanks Trevor.   I understand all of this (and even have an email client
   on another partition which doesn't like what I just did -- it will see the
   two dashes as a tear line), but wanted to point out to the original feature
   requestor that he could do what he desired to do, right *now*, without
   waiting for BSW to implement anything.
