[pmmail-list] Horrible icons in PMMail/2

Thanks for the comments. Re: FP13 I would have backed out of it
some time ago, unfortunately I went from FP13 to FP14 quite
fast, had stability problems with 14 and so backed out to 13.
FP13 isn't perfect (as I found out quite quickly) but I couldn't
backout any further to 12 which worked well for me without a new
install. That'll teach me to upgrade too quickly :-)

I've just installed FP15 which seems fine so far and icons look
as they always did before.
