[pmmail-list] More Kernel32 traps

Even with the 2.20.2100 beta, I still get Kernel32 errors with Win98.

It's no longer with specific emails, though. Rather, it seems to me
that it happens if I'm trying to do several things at once. For
example, if I start reading email while more email is downloading to
the same account. Or if I'm reading email while a remote control
window is performing some action.

The trap information always seems to be the same:

PMMAILW caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bff9d709.
