[pmmail-list] Account Send Mail Error - Need Help

I have set up an account to pull mail from my Prodigy account (pop.prodigy.net)
and send it out through my Verizon account (smtp.verizon.net).  It receives
mail from Prodigy just fine, but won't send it out via Verizon.  

My connection is Verizon DSL.

The error I'm getting is:

Thu, 15 Nov 01 11:27:23 ==> 503 5.0.0 Need MAIL before RCPT ; This is the error that resulted from the 
RCPT TO command

I have no clue on what this means.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.
