Are you using an external PGP version?  If so, you will have to also
ensure that PGP does not have a setting for how long to cache the
passphrase, ie: do not cache or cache for 2 minutes, or whatever.

For what it's worth, I would like to see them take the "remember my
passphrase" out of the security tab.  It's just plain insecure.  Just
my $0.02.

Can anyone at BSW tell me what the future plans are for implementation
of PGP, especially given what I posted Monday night about the rebirth
of PGP?
