Already there in a way:
1. Create an address book called for instance twit_home.
2. Create a filter that triggers on h.fromid="$ab.twit_home$"
    and does the following:
         Move message to trash
         Delete local and remote copy
    Set filter to incoming and enabled.
3. When you get a message from a twit, select Tools->
     Add Sender to Address Book and select the twit_home
     book.

Done...
