BSW does not have a lost registration look-up service.

BMT Micro is a business. They sell their services at a price that can
pay for their employees' time and also produce a profit. Retrieving
your lost registration takes time therefore they charge a fee.

Unfortunately, if you are not happy with that policy there is nothing
I can do for you.
