I haven't put together a list that I would publish yet. The past several weeks have been focused on getting all issues resolved in PMMail 2000, and until that is 
completed I will not have a list ready. Another factor is that we will be working with a new interface for v3, so until we start working with that interface, it really 
isn't possible to say what can and can't be added. By default in the new interface, there will be HTML support and we will also be adding a new 3rd party spell 
checker. Outside of that, I can't say for sure what new features there will be yet, stay tuned...
